Doug, it should resolve on its own within a couple of weeks, but if you're concerned I'd recommend seeing your doctor to be on the safe side. Good luck.

I recently had botox ro wrinkles in my forehead. Three days later my left eye lid was drooping. How long will this side effect last? Thank you

Kate, sorry to hear about this. Try not to worry. You should express your concern to your doctor before you receive any more Botox. They're there to help you. I'm not clear on whether you feel the dimples occurred as a result of the last Botox treatment you had, but I am not familiar with that happening. I do know that Botox can smooth out existing dimples, so it's worth asking your doctor what could have caused it to happen in the first place and whether it can help you.

Good luck.

I had botox done by a neurologist for facial pain and they usually administer more. I had my last injections done about 4 mo. ago. I developed dimpleling over my eye brows. I am going back to have this done again but I am worried. Will this go away or smoothout with the surrounding muscles relaxed? What should I do. I am being charge 1,000 dollars. Please help

Rudolf, that's a great comment. The truth is that the anti-aging skin care industry is huge, simply because the desire to turn back the clock and take years off our natural appearances is so great. While a small amount of concern is healthy, an obsession can easily lead to drastic, and often tragic, results.

Despite the new discoveries to make us younger looking we should accept the fact that we cannot defy age no matter how much money and modern technology we have in life. Being too curious of how to improve ourselves physically to increase our self esteem sometimes brings us the dark side of it and even death. I believe that we can resort to other means to maintain our self esteem by our humble acts and not through physical means.Remember that simplicity is beauty.
