Kelly, follow the tips within the article and hopefully you'll experience some relief soon. If not, consult with your dermatologist.
-- Contributed by: Tsharmai have been seeing heat rashes on the inside of my arms that's why iam intersted in this.
-- Contributed by: kellye ivyThat sounds painful and uncomfortable, Chris! It could very well be an even more aggravated than usual form of ...ly heat, or it could just be another rash exacerbated by your already-sensitive skin. I highly recommend checking with your dermatologist. He/she may be able to provide you with a prescription product that will help. Good luck.
-- Contributed by: TsharmaHey, I just got this rash around 3 days ago. I didn't know what it was, I have eczema and so I naturally have sensitive skin, especially in the cold. So i thought it was just another eczema outbreak, so i did everything that ur not supposed to do during ...ly heat. My brother found that i had ...ly heat rash, but im concerned it might not be. Im doing all the recommened treatment for heat rash, and it seems to be helping but, What i had didn't exactly fit the symptoms, or at i least i dont think so. I hate red bumps all over, and sumtimes it just look all red, and raise and not individual bumps, and then when i was bundled up cause i thought it was the cold. i started getting sharp pains that happen sporadically, and it did itch ALOT and it got really bad, cause i bundled up, but at that time i didn't know. Is my pains that felt like ...s sweat building up, and my sweat glands getting tighter or is it the sweet gland bursting? And does that mean that all of them have to burst? and right now i no longer have a red tint on my skin and bumps, but my skin is still sensitive and itches, and when i am exposed to heat, I get the same pains? Is what i have ...ly heat rash?
-- Contributed by: ChrisThanks for the tea tree oil tip!
-- Contributed by: TsharmaI have had great success with Tea Tree Oil, it's all natural and provides instant relief - also seems to dry up rash within days - good luck

Heat can easily exacerbate sensitive skin (even just taking a hot shower can do that!), so it's best to avoid very hot environments if at all possible. Keep yourself protected with sunblock, too - that's crucial.
-- Contributed by: TsharmaI never used to get heatrash-used to tan well, now I don't even need to be in the sun, just heat and I get rash. It's not itchy, just gets really sore to point it hurts to touch like it's burnt but after a couple of days it's gone. The rash gets really ugly to look at too and I can't find any cream that helps it. Horrible as I can't go out in summer at the mo and it's inhibiting my social life.

One like Neutrogena Ultra Sheer Dry-Touch is available in SPF 55 and 70 for a high level of protection. It's safe to use on the face, too, but if you want something separate, try Clinique's UV Response Face (SPF 50). To soothe that red, irritated skin, smooth on an after-sun gel containing aloe vera (Banana Boat makes an excellent one).
Finally, do your best to stay out of the sun if at all possible. If you do step outside, it's imperative that you wear sunscreen to best protect your skin from immediate and longterm damage. Good luck!
-- Contributed by: TsharmaHi! i have this skin irritate since i was standard 5. when i exposed to the Sun about for about 2 hours, my face started to burn and formed small reddish skin (on my face). even if i go for a walk for 20 minutes, my face started pinkish and when i race, it became reddish. should i wear stf15 lotion or UV lotion? or any other suggestions?
-- Contributed by: anynomousHi Mom of the Bride! Thanks for your question (and congrats!). Excess moisture can be wicked away with a powder-gel, such as this one by Monistat. It's actually formulated especially for concerns like this, so it may help! Good luck.
