Edi, many species of aloe plants can be poisonous, so it's safer to use a skin care product that contains aloe. A facial moisturizer rich in aloe bardensis is a good example.

I need to use sunscreen daily to prevent my melasma from getting worst. How often in a day should I apply pure aloe extract?Is it safe to apply on the face daily?
